My mother-in-law recently had a stroke. And due to memory loss, she has had difficulty recalling critical information. And furthermore, she has lost her wallet.
This credit union is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have limited abilities to assist us over the phone. First we end up waiting on a phone line for over 10 minutes. Then when we finally get access to a customer service representative, they say they don't have access to send us a replacement card. Just a simple task to replace a lost debit card and they are unable to help us. The customer service rep then routes us to a voicemail box.
My wife attempted to setup online access for her mother's account, and with no reason explained, they said that was not an option.
What year is this? Absolutely ridiculous. If you want banking access like it is 1980, I guess this is the bank for you.

Not really worth it to join. Wasted my time with a home loan twice. The loan officers don't return calls or emails on a timely manner. Most don't really have the ability to answer questions. i tried to get a personal loan, and they wanted so much information that i just gave up. It was like they just didn't want my business. I closed my savings and moved onto another bank.

I recently opened an account with Peninsula Credit Union and am I ever sorry I did. I have been to the Poulsbo branch twice in the past week to make a deposit using the ATM machine - both cash and check - and it just doesn't work. And they won't take a deposit at the door either. They insist that the deposits.....including cash.....be left in the night drop which makes it impossible to get a receipt at the time. Terrible system, terrible customer service.

The staff are great, but hours suck and no drive-thru in Poulsbo. Additionally, soooo many issues with their on-line banking.

I walked in and stood in line while workers talked and avoided eye contact with me. Left and went to another local credit union. Extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch.
