The young man who help me was so patient and helped me set up online banking. I really struggle with anything computer. I have always loved Gesa and have been a customer since they came to town. I recommend Gesa to anyone who wants a friendly banking experience.

I ❤️ GESA! They were there for me when I had no where to turn with a new house and a bad septic tank. I'll never forget how they loaned me the money to buy a new tank when I had no collateral and fairly poor credit. You've always been there me and you have my kid as a member now. You'll forever have my loyalty!

I like Gesa Credit Union. The people are always friendly, polite, and very helpful at all times. My spouse and I have been credit union supporters for a very long time. Would never go back to using a regular bank.

Went in today to sign a piece of paper (let them know I was on my way ahead of time) after waiting 15 minutes in line and watching the front desk girls flirt with a customer, they wanted me to wait for one of those girls until she was finished. I told them no I needed to get back to work and left. I found it very disrespectful to have 2 females attending to one man and discussing nothing relevant... while customers were waiting in line to be helped.
EDIT: one star to four stars
The manager Joey personally called me and offered me condolences and listened to what happened this day up above when I came in. She reassured me that this is not how Gesa is to be ran. She was very sweet and professional and even offered to come to her desk directly to get my paperwork taken care of.
Overall, the team is very friendly and helpful.

I usually do my banking online but stopped into the Moses Lake branch..the line was short and the teller was very helpful, when i asked about opening a new acct for a friend ..I was in and out under 5 mins..

Do not open a savings account. They will charge you money without any notification. on what they think is a dormant account. This a sad situation when a financial institution needs to charge someone’s saving There is no justification for it. This is just a simple savings account. When someone needs a safe place to save money. This also makes me question their solvency.
