I tried to cash my check from the IRS and the supervisor Bridget was biased, racist and would not assist me, because she assumed there was something wrong with the check. She was insisting that I would have to have the check reissued to me and also insisting that it was probably processed through my bank and that I was trying to "double dip "which is ridiculous! I am a law abiding citizen, and a Veteran of the USAF, it is against the law to do such fraudulent activity! I even reiterated to her that I could get a USAA agent to verify that it was not processed through my bank and she STILL refused to help me. Bridget automatically assumed that because I'm Hispanic, that there was probably a high probability of me committing fraud. Not only was I treated with disregard but I was also treated with disrespect because of the color of my skin. I tried on various times to explain to her that the check had not been processed through my bank and that I was just trying to cash my check to pay my bills and feed my children. Bridget is not a fair and professional supervisor and discriminates against people of color. Something should be done about it.

These are some of the nicest people, with outstanding customer service. If you are in need of money services, I would without a doubt recommend that you go see Tiffany White and Nercy Jones at Money Tree in Marysville, WA.

You're all wonderful people. My bank (BOFA) constantly makes me wait three days for my check to process. I cash my paycheck here with no problems. Employees are nice, and the customer quality is fantastic. Don't let the negative reviews fool you

I didn't know the money tree in Marysville was still open after the store in north Everett on Broadway and the Monroe location closed permanently so is a nice surprise for me to Google to see if there was someone in closer than South Everett and Marysville Money Tree is still open with the same weekday hours as the casino Road location closing at 8 p.m. it's a little bit smaller than the Everett location but very clean and my only complaint about it is the parking situation the strip mall has no parking out front of each separate building you have to either park in front of the businesses of the strip mall on the curb which only has room for about three vehicles or Park all the way at the end of the building in few designated parking spots which are not enough and were all taken so I had to park all the way over in the Fred Meyer parking lot and walk all the way over to money tree in the rain

One of the worst experiences ever! Inexperienced customer service that drag you back and forth for the info that they can’t just provide at the beginning of the transaction.
As a pregnant woman, I had to go get cash 3 times in order to provide what they asked. They made calls and checked on me as if I’m a criminal.
They couldn’t answer some basic questions because they “don’t know”.
It was a bad experience and I didn’t even finish the whole transaction because of their incompetence.
Thanks Money tree…

When I need an emergency loan, Money Tree is so helpful. I am fully aware of the price I pay for the service. But I get my emergent need covered and usually it is less than late fees or NSF fees. Who else will give you a small loan in a few minutes. Always and at every location , I have had nice people help me.
