I’ve been coming here for years. It’s the only pawn shop I go to. Shannon and her staff always make me feel welcome and comfortable no matter what I’m bringing in. Daniel is very knowledgeable, super fast and gives me a great deal. DEFINITELY ask for him when you come in. It’s worth the wait to deal with someone who always makes you feel at ease, as it is always stressful pawning things. They also have a lot of cool things for sale and layaway…. I seem to somehow find something to buy when I pick up my items!

Shout out to Shannon and Devonte for providing me with such amazing customer service, but most of all showing complete compassion and kindness towards me during these hard times. I sold my guitar to them today, this is also my first time being here. They not only gave me the best price for it with the economy as is, but they were so kind to offer me Layaway and other ways of payments to help me get it back. I had this guitar for 15 years, and I really hated myself for having to pawn it. But these guys are straight up the only ones that recognized seller's s remorse, and told me to call them when they put it on the market for sell, so that I may claim it once again when I'm in a better situation. This place has made a long lasting impression on me, and from now on, this is the only pawn shop I will go to. To everybody who's shopping around for good pawn shops, look no further. These guys have something that is missing from all other shops, compassion. And that's far more impactful than money.

I don't know why this place has only 2 stars! So, here's why I gave 5 stars... besides taking a long while to help me they were very knowledgeable and patient. It was right at closing time. They gave me a fair deal with the jewelry I was pawning. I was happy and they gave me some good tips! Thanks guys! Im coming back!

Had cash to buy some rifles. Get told that Daniel can help me. He says he doesn’t know anything about rifles, which is fine because they are clearly labeled behind the counter and I just need him to read what’s on the labels but dude just walks off. That’s kinda just rude on a human level but aright. Least he coulda done is do his best instead of not even giving any effort at all. These kids need to know that In a customer service work environment, they don’t need to know the answers to be helpful. But you do need to be available to try your best for the customer even when they know that they don’t know anything about the subject matter. Sure Daniel didn’t do the right thing but who’s training this kid? Someone needs to be a better leader in that store.

I have known the Store Manager Shannon for quite some time and I have observed her being very professional and knowledgeable at all time. I have also observed her interaction with customers and employees, she always display the highest level of courtesy and respect and it's reflected through the staff. Shannon is a true asset to the Company.

EVERYONE DONT BUY FIREARMS HERE OR USE LAYAWAY . So I went to buy a firearm and found the one I wanted I saw two I actually liked and a sales associate approached me and said get them both we have lay away you just need to put down 10% great news right . So pay the ten percent I come back a few weeks later and decided I have enough I’ll just pay them off and get both so I do . Sales associate states you can pay them both off all except 2.00 dollars for each firearm and I ask why she’s states cause your backgrounds has not been ran yet I say great ok let’s get that done an I pay around 950.00$ I get delayed on my firearm check as I always do and I’m a current conceal pistol license holder . Well I get a denial a few days later no big deal probably an error happened before . Well I appeal it and do to new legislation I had a minor charge when I was a minor but had my stuff all fixed and rights restored . Well come to find out with new law I have to to have another rights restoration again cause state patrol can’t find it mind you I have a current cpl a buy firarms all the time . Well great this is gonna take time so I just ask for a refund and I’m told no refund . It’s a 33% re stocking fee and what ever is left over is in store credit only . How the heck is the legal this a huge SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED . THIS IS PRETTY MUCH CRIMINAL WHY DO WE LET BUSINESSES LIKE THIS In OUR COMMUNITY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE LESS FORTUNATE AND HARD WORKING PEOPLES MONEY . I’m fine with a restock fee but to not let me have my cash back is just criminal I literally will tell everyone I know not to do business there even if I have to stand out side with a sign and protest it untill we run them out of town .

Be careful and pay attention! Cash America clearly doesn't look closely enough at what they're buying before they do. Just purchased a game that I don't know a ton about and I get it home to find out that it's supposed to have two discs and it won't work without the other one - also I can't return it. Sucks, too because everybody here is pretty nice.

Very nice and helpful employees that work there may ask any question you like and they shall help you for what they have e senf you to one of there other stores with address.
I have bought many different kinds of tools there for at work being a technician working on many different cars and scanners pressure testers going here has cost me a great deal less that the tools trucks themselves 900.00 Master fuel pressure tester through them I got it for 421.32 a Mac Tool's Master set and much more
