Terribly ran bank. They harass their own customers for parking in the parking lot, regularly have long lines, and employee turnover is unbelievable. Don't expect to deal with the same people year to year or recognize employees when you walk in.

Karen at the Chelan branch went well out of her way to help me resolve a very inconvenient situation that was not at all caused by her bank. While I am a very happy client of Cashmere Valley Bank, this instance blew away expectations. The culture and spirit of small town customer service is alive and well here! Thank you Karen!!!

The debit cards they give you never work online. I’ve gone through 3 cards.

No way to cancel a lost card because they closed for maintenance and no longer have a card service that is 24hr.
