Been coming here 6 years for paperwork signing. Supervisor or manager told me my paperwork might not be able to be signed by notary because they don't sign just anything. I advised a notary is just advising they witnessed me sign and checked to make sure I am me. I could sign a napkin and it could be notary signed and sealed

Drive through is so small and tight, couldn't reach the machine. And too tight to open truck door and slide out to use machine. Tires rubbed on passenger side and couldn't open door on driver side, so small of a drive thru ATM that I would not use it again

Not a happy person. Made a mobile deposit on Saturday, was told my funds would be available on the next business day. Here I am not able to make my payments because I am still waiting. I talked to three different halfwits from this stupid bank. All of which gave me the same monotone, "I'm sorry ma'am. I can't really do anything for you." horrible customer service. Horrible banking service. Thank you for the late fees key bank. You suck!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in 30 years of banking. I move several thousand dollars through my accounts here and they let me know they had no interest in dealing with my issue, and when I said I'd close my accounts they didn't care. So today I switched my 3 direct deposits and I am moving to a bank that has customer service. The bank manager Mr Hernandez lost a good customer

Very disappointing customer service. They locked my online checking. The number they provide to unlock informs me that I will have to go into they bank to unlock. Once I went to my local branch they inform me that they do not do that. I explained that I was told that I would need to bring in my I.D so that the branch can verify and call fraud department. They didnt do this. I got a shrug and told if you would like to wait for the branch manager maybe they can help you. After months of run around I still have not been able to access my mobile checking. Key bank please train your employees

Depending on the tellers mood in the drive thru I guess determines if they let you get a money order thru the drive-thru teller . I’ve gotten plenty of money orders in the last 2 years and not one of them have I had to go into the building for . But now all of a sudden they aren’t supposed to do it . I guess it will be like a game of Yahtzee now on if you can or can’t

Just saw a post online of a KeyBank Employee calling out a neighboring company for parking in the wrong stall. Not much class in that. Move on, don't make problems where there aren't problems. Let's not pretend your lot ever fills up anyway.......
