Two and a half weeks ago I lost my debit card. Called the bank, canceled my card and a new one was ordered. They told me the turn around time was 2 weeks to receive my card.
2 and a half weeks later, no debit card. I called, tried to get through on the phone number main line, it took me well over an hour. Got through to Carrie, all she could tell me was that it was coming from the east coast.
Called today, because still no debit card. Took me a half hr to get through only to be told my card was never ordered. I told them it needed to be expedited to my home in Idaho. They said no, it's against "company policy"
I would think first lying about ordering my debit card, and then also being told it was never ordered in the first place would be against company "policy"
This has been a nightmare. Christmas is in several weeks and my sons birthday as well.
I was given a call back, they agreed to expedite my card. The damage is already done.
I would never recommend using this Credit Union. It is virtually impossible to get through on their phone lines.
I have also found that the girl who answers the phone could use some help in learning not to talk over the customer, and the last thing a person who is upset wants to hear is "No" which is what happens.
This bank doesn't care about its customers. Also, their online banking seldom works.

I’ve gone twice to the Burlington location for shared banking. Both times they have been super friendly and accommodating to my needs. I plan to continue business with them.

My local branch is okay, generally polite and helpful. However, almost every time I have to call in to the main office for more broad support, the person I speak with is not courteous, talks like they hate their job, and is sometimes just rude. I’ve never had a bank (or credit union) that I loved working with, but it’s especially draining to feel like communication is a chore.

The best experience I've ever had in banking , I was with the same place for years. This specific branch has showed me there is a difference between customer service and truly caring and building relationships. As I stood there waiting for Colleen to be amazing and change my life. Every customer that walked in had a smile. Every employee greeted them with a smile in return and everyone left happier than they walked in. Thank you for this phenomenal experience!!! On a scale of 1 to 10 definitely scores of 12.75

good people had an account here for 8 years now. i need the bank to be open on saturdays again because i have no time during the week after work. so i guess i will give 1 star because when i need the bank i can't do anything when they are closed. EDIT: i made it 5 stars now since they offered to help me and work with me for my specific needs. thank you so much for being awesome!
