Super nice people easy to work with always great with me I go there every month easy.... Not sure about other people but I guess if you're nice to them how could they not be nice to you?

My biggest complaint is they do not have a atm with
Which you can add money at their location which would greatly reduce their lines. Also, with COV it makes it nearly impossible to hear them with a glass wall between you and the employee. Poorly designed in the way the line starts virtually right in front of the door then makes a backwards L through the lobby .... the customer service is rush rush and unpleasant. Very impersonal. Look I understand this place is their to make money and give second chance banking but the attitude and the atmosphere doesn’t need to Be second rate.

I would like to say The Branch Manager Kim was very professional in the higher standard possible, The way the time she took to make sure that our needs were met and went beyond to make sure the check transaction will go smooth . She was transfer few times to different departments to verify the amount and information but she never lost her professionalism in accomplishing the task at hand . Margareta was so amazed that she was very professionally in her duties as Manager . We believe she should get recognized for her higher standard and professionalism.
I would like to say you got a great leader .

Had to provide extra documentation to cash a payroll check, but they were open on July 5th so it worked out in the end. The man that helped me was very patient while I searched for the paystub that wasn't attached to the check and let me use last year's W2 instead.
