Run! Do not use this bank for a mortgage loan. It took over 10 weeks to finally get our appraisal which was still wrong, but because it "met the criteria of the bank" they were willing to accept it. Very poor management at this branch. I had a friend call and ask the appraiser how much he charged for a land appraisal and he said $650. The bank said my bill for the appraisal was $1000. They collected $1300 from me for the appraisal. We paid $1000 for a incorrect appraisal. This was a total disaster. We walked away... oh and our debt to income was 23 and our credit scores were slightly under 800...this was a nightmare.

Been a member for years. I noticed that my checking account was low, so I wrote a check from another account from a different bank to be deposited here. I was treated like a criminal. They said they would have to put a hold on the check I was depositing, which usually would be fine, but since I only had my WA fed debit card, it was an issue. Manager wouldn't even talk to me, but sent the teller out 3 or 4 times to tell me different things. I will be closing the account later this week (After the check clears)
