PTC is truly the bank with a heart! They have been around forever and that success alone, proves they are doing things right!

My mom has been banking with peoples trust for over six years. Every week I signed checks over to her for her to cash. Every week peoples trust cashed the checks. This week she went in to cash the checks I had signed over to her and the teller declined her they said they no longer will cash two party checks. They’ve been cashing checks for my mom for years I think it’s poor customer service to not alert your customers of major changes. This was such an inconvenience I had to get all new checks because I already signed the checks over to her my bank would not take them. I called the bank to discuss this they said that they would need to investigate why the teller declined cashing the checks and they would get back to me within an hour not even two minutes later they called my mom back and said they just can’t do it anymore they didn’t give an explanation or if there was a change in policy or anything I think a bank or any outfit should always give their clients a suitable notice of any major changes and they should’ve honored the checks as they always do and then alerted my mom that moving forward of these changes in a good exclamation of why. I think the banks need to be consistent with their policies and regulations to make their customers happy. They caused us such an inconvenience that I had to miss time from work to get new checks. The action they took was not professional.

They have been extremely unwilling to help me as a customer during an economic crisis
