I've been with this bank for 7 years. They have screwed up on several of my transactions and I've had to go through such a hassle to get things fixed. I've also applied for a loan through them and was told that it should be no problem for me to get it only to be told I didn't get it and yet I have great credit. It's nice to know that this bank has my money and I've been a loyal customer of theirs but they aren't willing to work with their members. I guess it's time to switch banks.

After visiting the Morrisville branch multiple times I can say that they have by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced from a bank. After one negative visit, I could understand if it was just a teller having a bad day but each visit their customer service becomes worse. My husband and I have used other branches of NCFCU and have never had a problem. I would NOT recommend using the Morrisville branch.

It took days for an approval for a car loan. I was told I was approved,then last minute I wasn't . I went to union bank got approved instantly. No smile and unfriendly service at north country credit union. The web site is terrible and got cut off repeatedly after trying opening a saving account for the loan. I mentioned this and got no reply after explain in this and didn't even get an account number. I wouldn't recommend this place or go back again.

I have been with this bank (mostly using the Morrisville Branch) for 4+ years. Multiple deposit and credit accounts. Could not be happier with the efficiency and customer service!
