I have to say a huge thank you to this bank! I had no idea who these people were here and I just called up kim one day and said I want to refinance my car. She did just that. We shared multiple phone calls about what I wanted to do and I changed my mind about 700 times, and kim was great! The signing process was fantastic and quick! When it came to ruining in to someone issue with a pay off check she made sure to get a new one out and take some extra pre cautions to make sure it got done. Kim is fantastic to work with and will leave you with a smile!

Out of all the banks I have had members advantage community credit union is the best one of them all. I definitely would recommend them to anyone that wants to open a bank account

Staff is rude and acts entitled. They get annoyed if you ask for water or to use their bathroom. I set up a new account but it took two days to get me set up on the app so I could get access to my funds. The banker who set me up didn't apologize for all the setup issues. She was very cranky and didn't smile. Staff also don't say please, thank you or sorry. Hope things are better at other branches or I will close my account and switch to another credit union.

Super nice! I came here totally confused about my card and why it was working and it was the simplest thing to fix it. They were so outgoing and funny when we figured it out. Love it
