Although it was not the best fit for me, the representative I spoke with was super helpful and very professional in her demeanor and work ethic. I also appreciated the honestly instead of letting me apply for a loan and debt was not prepared for with super high interest rates, I hoped for the best but I read the reviews prior and knew it was along shot Thanks Dawn.

I give a two star because I actually was happy with service when I applied last year, 1 month before pandemic shut down. However, exactly 1 year and 2 months later, I replied to the automated payment reminder and selected the option that I could not make the next payment due to financial hardship but should be able to resume after. They took the payment anyway having my account overdraft and throwing off my other smaller autopays. I call to speak to someone and explain i was in financial distress and they offered to skip the following month payment to allow things to even out. I appreciate and accepted the offer. My payments debit my accounts on the 1st of every month and on the 25th of the month they "skipped," I get a call on a Saturday to tell me my credit report will be notified that I was 30 days late since I skipped a month and the next month payment will be doubled plus a late fee! I was disgusted. I come to my lender during COVID and explain I was experiencing temporary financial hardship and they did absolutely NOTHING to help. I have never been late or missed a payment with them and to just double my payment, charge a late fee, and report to the credit bureaus was cruel and mean. That should have been disclosed when offering to "help" me when I called for assistance so I could consider other course if action. I had used their loan to consolidate debt and to now be the company to impact my credit negatively is a huge turn off. I've made adjustments to pay them off in 10 months (have 4 years left) and will leave this ugly company behind. I would never recommend them to anyone

I began working with Loan Specialist (or representative, not sure of his title) by the name of Roy. He informed me that I would need a co-signer for the loan I was requesting, that the co-signer had to be a family member related to me, and that I should give that person his phone number to contact him on. No problem.
I gave my brother his contact information on a Monday evening and my brother stated he would contact Roy on Tuesday afternoon. Tuesday afternoon my brother calls me and says that Roy had him on hold for a couple of minutes then told my brother he would have to give him a call back because he could not find my name in his system.
I immediately call the number Roy provided to contact him and was told that Roy was on a phone call but he would call me back with the number I provided to the young lady who took the call.
About three hours go by and I contact my brother who says that he still has not heard from Roy. I then call Roy's number back, tell him who I am, and then he instantly remembers me. He asks me to spell my last name and then lets me know "yepp you're here in my system" which I found strange since he told my brother that not being able to find me was the reason he had to call my brother back. Roy then tells me that he never told that to my brother and the reason he had to call him back (although he did not) was because he was having computer issues and had a customer he was working with. A very far off statement from what my brother was told.
The phone then goes silent after Roy tells me this and I fill the silence with "So.. what are our next steps?" Roy then says quite sarcastically "Um, well I have to talk to your brother..?" So I ask "Well you haven't yet. Why haven't you?" Roy says "Well I had to call him back...." I then say "Okay, Roy but you haven't called him back." To which Roy states "Well I don't have his number..."
At this point, I'm frustrated. So I ask Roy "How did you intend to call him back earlier if you don't have his number?" Roy then slightly stutters and goes "Oh well I wrote it down but I must have lost it..."
I immediately call my brother on a three-way call with Roy to minimize the back and forth. He gets my brother's information and lets us both know that he needs our photo IDs and paystubs and he sent us an email in which he can upload these things. He says that the email will allow me to upload the SAME documents as I did before (photo ID, proof of Insurance, etc.) My brother asks if it was okay if he uploaded the documents on Wednesday and Roy says that it would not be an issue. Roy then lets me know specifically that he also needs my photo ID and I ask to clarify if he got them when I uploaded them to him the day before to which he says "Oh I haven't actually looked in your files so maybe that's why.." this is about his third admission to forgetting or not doing something in regards to my loan.
Roy then lets me know that this is because he had to start a whole new application for me since I now have a co-signer. The phone goes silent for a good three minutes and I ask Roy "is there anything else you need from us today?" And he lets me know "I'm just waiting on you guys to upload your documents." I then remind Roy that my brother asked, not even five minutes prior, if he could upload his documents the next day (Wednesday) and Roy says "I'm sorry. I wasn't even paying attention to what you were saying. I thought you meant something else."
This has been an extremely frustrating two days and not the "fast" and "easy" process as advertised. I hope I get my loan.

The rep that did my loan didnt explained anything at all. He was on the phone when i signed the documents. Somebody else did the paperwork for him because he put me in an office and i waited there for over 1 hr while he came back with the paper for me to sign.
