10-10-2019 Update, because they claim that I was offensive to their customer service representative over the phone who started abusing me first, they closed my account and stole my non taxable income in the month of September and applied it towards a loan balance that I was already under a contract for to pay off monthly. I guess they felt that they can go into my account numerous of times without me getting upset, then when I call in about this account activity, they close my account and breached the loan repayment contract that was on file because their feelings were hurt as if I do not matter in this life? The reason for this dilemma in the first place is because Bayport Credit Union have been placing dozens of Transaction Inquiries onto my account that is uncaused for. I have asked them to stop and they refused. So in the month of August through September there was plenty more. I called in about it as usual and the party began. Well as a result, after speaking with the bank branch assistant in person when I went in the following business day for copies of my transactions, I ended up having a PTSD episode in front of all of their customers and had to be taken away in an ambulance for treatment. My bank account funds were stolen for the rest of the month therefore I ended up not getting my prescriptions nor did I have food for the entire month! Also, I ended up breaking down right there on the scene because I could not fill my prescriptions for they had already depleted my funds. When I asked the branch assistant for water while I was in the office speaking with him, he stated that he can not give me any because I was no longer their customer. Then when I had my episode minutes after walking out the door from speaking with him, he wants to ask me if I wanted water, after he had just told me no! I also shared with him how I needed my money back and how they were breaching their contract because I hadn't eaten! Whether or not a business feel offended because you are voicing your complaint, does not relieve them of any contract that you have on file with them! Therefore, they breached the contract and purposefully took my non taxible income as garnishment which is against the law and caused me to suffer physically and emotionally because I was then without my prescriptions and food for an entire month! The emergency department who treated me ended up giving me a months supply of my medicine, and gave me a dose while I was there until I get paid again the month of October. In addition, I racked up thousands in emergency transportation and medical bills as a result of Bayport Credit Union breaching the loan repayment contract that we were in by stealing all of my funds from my account to pay it back without my consent. It was not like I was behind on paying it or have I ever been late paying anything with them. Yet, they purposefully yielded adhering to the contract that I had with them and caused me much pain and suffering. Knowing about my prescription and food needs, they still chose to violate the contract and my life. Ultimately, at the end of the month, I received my funds back after the damage was done and they still expect me to use it to pay back my loan, in which I will as always, however, their breach of contract which resulted in my pain and suffering and losses will be liberated.... end of 10-10-2019 update.
For once, before posting my FULL experience, I will allow them to respond first by the end of business day September 6, 2019.
I emailed them at the email address that they gave another banker whom they responded to on here I see. If a resolution is not given with approved steps,I will be updating this post with my truth so get ready for it.
But, in resolution, I will give them the credit.
It is sad how I see others on here going through the same thing. Perhaps because no one is sticking with their complaints or because they are simply getting away with this illegal abuse. Or are others who have this experience like me, on limited income whom they feel are unimportant to where they have to do this to us.

I am specifically writing in direct response to the review given by "Gary master" . I feel like this review is totally made up and not a direct experience this person had at Bayport location... maybe personal "made up stories" opinions of people should be posted In other places besides company reviews ... you know like Facebook... childish antics need to stay off of professional links. Bayport is a great company to bank with. Have a great day and best regards!

Unfortunately, my car loan is through this bank, but the customer service at this bank is terrible. Their employees are rude and I would not recommend anyone to use this branch, or bayport in general.
