Had a home loan, and for almost 6 years they didn't report our good credit and never late payment history. We paid the trailer off to not have to deal with them anymore, and it took them almost an entire month to put in for a title request, then almost another entire whole month to receive the title. Rude, and neglectful doesn't even begin to cover these vultures.

The RUDEST experience I have EVER had with a lender!!! ZERO STARS!!! I left a very detailed message to start a conversation about using Park Lane as my lender, as I have with other lenders, and her return call was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. She described my voicemail as “lengthy”, proceeded to interrupt me as if I was taking her precious time, and when I tried to ask a scenario she HUFFED in my ear because “I wrote all this down from your lengthy message”. She had no interest in talking to me and had nothing but an attitude, which I have no problem giving right back. I told her my experience with other lenders and she basically told me I should go with them. I cannot believe Park Lane would accept someone with that level of unprofessionalism to represent them. Park Lane was referred to me and believe me I would NEVER refer these people to anyone.

I have had a great experience with here from the initial sale, super quick process and through the customer service matters that I call/email about. Caroline is awesome, so is everyone else I've come in contact with here. Great people, great service. Thank you, Park Lane!!!

Easy to work with and the office staff are super friendly. The employees mentioned in the older reviews must not be there anymore because everyone at the office has been nothing but pleasant. Highly recommend!

Constantly charging my escrow account for overages every year! This year alone is $2000! Have called for over a week now no response Jay Herrin called back once and I have never heard from him since!!
I have purchased and paid up front for 2024 homeowner insurance and they WILL NOT acknowledge my calls to NOT pay the old insurance company so I guess I will end up paying $5000 for homeowners!!! Not happy or satisfied

My experience with Jay as our loan officer was nothing short of fantastic. He was communicative through the whole process, and with us being first time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions. He always answered each one thoroughly and with patience, and always offered a phone call if we still needed help. We really appreciate the considerate and informative process with Jay!
