Very helpful and friendly staff! T was so sweet, I came in with my 1.5 year old daughter so it can be difficult to entertain a toddler while doing errands. She gave her a piece of paper and pen and drew with her while I was figuring out everything on my phone for online banking! Thank you so much for making this experience pleasant!

Evany was extremely rude. From the moment I sat down to be helped by her, she provided very little attention and instead worked on her computer. I filled out the requisite form and she was very dismissive of the questions that I asked of her. Her overall demeanor was bad and did not seem as if she wanted to provide adequate customer service. When departing she did not say anything, and did not respond when I greeted her on the way out. I rarely post any negative reviews, but I believe it is completely unsatisfactory to hold a billet involving a large part of customer service and be evidently bothered by it.

Worst Navy Federal I ever been at. I drove 30 minutes to come here because online says it's open. As soon as I get there a lady at the door tells me it's close and I can go at the ATM when she doesn't even knows why I was there. I looked at her confused for a few seconds and before I can even say anything she is asking with a really rude tone why am I there. I say that I need to change the pin on my card because I actually can use it and she wanted me to say the pin out loud in front of other people, so had to tell her since she didn't let me in. So she went and changed it herself and come back with my card. That is not normal and most definitely not professional. This doesn't stand by the standards of privacy and security they claim. There also was not reason for not letting people in.

Called with regards to a few questions. Kenny was the one I spoke with. Absolute best banking service I have had. Navy Federal never fails me. Completely satisfied with this bank and it's staff.

Love banking with them. After trying to get the same service from Wells Fargo, which was met with a horrible attitude, navy fed was able to get me in and out without ridiculous requirements for getting paperwork notarized.

NAVY Federal continues to penalize customers for credit issues that are off of credit reports, past the statute of limitations, over 12 years old. With any bad credit issue they will gladly let you deposit 100's of thousands of dollars in their bank but will not allow you access to online banking. You are red flagged and like a criminal do not have the same rights as other members. This is a terrible institution in today's world!!
