Horrible! I hate to complain since after moving here from a big city most everyone and everything has been so wonderful overall!
However I walked into this bank to open an account on a slower Wednesday morning around 11am and found myself being the only one waiting to speak to a banker- yet I waited 20 minutes before the lady who was supposed to come help me had to make a stop right in front of me to banter casually with another banker for another 5 minutes or so! I don’t know if it were me I’d work first, help the customers first then enjoy myself with my coworkers.
Anyways hate to throw so much shade but I haven’t been treated this unkindly in a long time out here and I don’t be back to open my account I’ll take my business and my family’s business elsewhere

I can't say I've ever dealt with a more difficult bank. From the slow drive through to the endless loops of phone prompts, this is undoubtedly the worst banking experience I've lived through in my 58 years of age! The people however are great but the systems in place for them are horrible.

I had an issue with branch manager some time back. I had money missing from my account. Long story short she didn't listen to me....come to find out someone working there was stealing. I caught it that one time but how many times before hand did it happen? Did I get an apology?...nope....Did I get my money back?...nope.. I left them and never looked back....Oh and not to mention when I first opened my account the manager tried to tell me.my address was wrong.because she never heard of it!!!!!!!.. So one.day a teller told me that they were charging me for returned statements..Was I notified before hand?? NOPE. So I go to the branch manager and she tried to get smart with me because I was upset because i repeatedly told her what my address was and since she never heard of it she put down what she wanted so technically it was her fault Again no apology.

Absolutely ridiculous one has to wait in line in the drive thru! Do not stop by the drive thru if you are in a rush and/or have a specific time to go. You will be sitting here in line that has maybe 3 cars for about 30 minutes
