I will be switching my account as soon as my last direct deposit hits because I have had nothing but trouble, lost money due to their mistakes and had to deal with attitude from the representatives. Would definitely not recommend this bank if you enjoy your sanity.

They can't answer the phone no matter the time of day. They are rude. They are supper unhelpful if they can find a way to tell you to screw off they do. They send you in circles and nothing gets done. I couldn't get them to cancel my card that was lost.

Used to love BB&T but recently they have been a pain, especially at this location. Everyone is rude from the beginning before you can even tell them what is going on. Would give it 0 stars based on my experience but I am not able to. If you are looking for a bank keep looking, this place is a waste of your time.

Autumn apparently only allows authorized individuals “ she feels comfortable with “ access to their business accounts . When banking members are discriminating against individuals and it’s ok there is a problem. I’m making it a point to make this as. It as a deal a possible . Bank anywhere but Richlands Truist
