DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. the worst customer service I have every had to deal with. After making 2 payments last month after numerous phone calls demanding payment from A Karla I then received certified mail saying I was in default...I emailed asking for clarification on this with no response from Karla. Now this month they tried to take automatic payment on a holiday weekend so my bank declined it so today I receive another default letter with more threats. (A simple phone call would have done) When I call to set up payment Karla is extremely rude so I ask to speak to a manager Wes who is equally as rude and even hung up on me. I'm sick of being threatened and have never dealt with anything like this after financing multiple semi tractors and trailers in the past with different companies.

Great business, excellent service, transparent terms and conditions. All negative issues stem from a 3rd Party (Dealer/Vendor or Loan Broker). Blue Bridge enforces the contracts that the customer signs. All I can say is this; ask your loan agent if the loan is simple interest like your mortgage, and if so, ask them to put that in writing. It won't change the contract, but it will allow Blue Bridge to determine whether or not to continue their relationship with that 3rd party partner; preventing potential future misunderstandings. You'll notice that Blue Bridge Financial has the least amount of negative reviews compared to positive. Any other company is loaded with these "bad-actor" comments. This is because Blue Bridge Financial has undergone changes in management, and goes above and beyond in vetting their partners. Blue Bridge is constantly monitoring their partners portfolio performance, and feedback from customers, in order to keep the miscommunications at a minimum, Which looks like the case here.

I have had good experiences with blue bridge. They are fast and efficient. I didn't have to miss any work or make any appointments. They know how to utilize the technology that is available to speed up the process of loans.
My rep was Stacy, she was amazing. Always answers when I called and got questions answered or any issues resolved very quick.
I have used there service in the past and wouldn't hesitate in the future

We had a prior loan with Blue Bridge Financial and were recently sent an email asking if we needed additional financing. It just so happened that we were looking into the purchase of additional equipment. We contacted Stacy @ Blue Bridge and let her know we were interested. It was quick, painless process with superior customer service and at a great rate. Stacy has met every need, answered every question and made the process easy. We will definitely be doing business with Blue Bridge again!

If you are in a hurry for your money this is not the place to go it will take you 3 to 4 weeks to get your money and even longer to get your Title. They lack in communication skills and I really don't feel like they know what they're doing or it won't take so long to get your money

The finance process for our business use Sprinter was easy enough and the title people were very helpful and friendly.
I've recently updated this review because after a reasonable conversation an apology was issued and we are back on a professional basis.
Based on the "reply" below I have to keep a portion of my review active but have agreed to remove personal information about the person who I interacted with.
My account has never been 30 days late and I have kept in solid communication with them regarding payments, as well as kept all promises to pay. I fully understand and agree to necessary business communication when an account becomes 10 days late. I expect matter of fact communication that is not personal or attacking in nature. I was attacked on a very personal level, called names and refused the opportunity to pay as promised before the default date by phone. I believe we have resolved this issue have a mutual understanding now.

Alex over at Blue Bridge was A1 he made my financing process so easy and kept me in the loop throughout the process...he answered everytime I called or emailed him and always made sure he got my questions answered... it almost felt too easy...
