I was nervous about this switch over but got information in the mail in plenty of time ahead and all worked pretty much seamlessly for me. They were a few extra days getting the ATM working but I work with computers so know how that can go. All has been well with my account and I'm happy and will stick with them. I did have to go inside on one occasion and the people working there were extremely nice and helpful.

This bank is the most incompetent bank I’ve ever dealt with. The entire banking service is horrible and the tellers and this particular bank are ignorant and don’t know how to do their job and make sure the consumer is satisfied. Angela W. Robinson was a complete tramp to us and kept interrupting us and didn’t know how or what her job actually entails. She Should be fired or taught how to deal with customers that she’s upset. If I could give this bank a negative star I would.

Truthfully if I could rate this bank with less then one star I WOULD.! There's an older black woman who works here, looks like she might be in a management position. I had recently considered opening an account here because I just moved to the area. This woman is RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL, the way she spoke & treated customers & future clientele was appalling. Definitely won't be banking here & I'm going to make it a point to let others know so they dont suffer through the same treatment. I thought staff would be held accountable & held to a higher standard.

Took 10 days to get my card in the mail
was told at the bank my pin was coming Via mail
called to ask when it was coming Clerk said they dont come in the mail
I had to have assigned it when i ordered the card
taking and extra 5 days to get my pin
by the time it comes ill be past due with Multiple Bills.
10/10 would not trust with my money
