Never do a loan with these people unless you are completely desperate. You will NEVER finish paying them. I made several accelerated payments during the term of my loan period with them and it seemed as if it was never eating at balance. I was told by a rep that you are charged interest per day x the number of days between each payment, and the daily amount would decrease as the balance does. Well, after learning this I made another large payment within four days and it seems that Im still being charged that same daily prior to me paying. I am taking steps to report and have ONE MAIN FINANCIAL audited by their licensee, state and appropriate governing entity.

This company/employees are snakes in the grass, they give you a decent rate on your preapproval then in the office it’s totally different at triple interest. They give you the BS regarding your credit score. Well thanks but no thanks, my credit score got me 8.99% elsewhere, you can choke on your 33.5%.
OneMain and Title max and the like are all the same, they prey on peoples misfortune.

The office manager is very unprofessional, I was told when I reduced my debt I could refinance my loan to get lower payments, I was offered more money , but I received no help getting my payments reduced. The manager on more than one occasion never even had the curtesy or professionalism to call me to let me know if I could be helped or not.

Have called this office on six different occasions to speak with the Office Manager, Judy. On three occasions, I was told that the office was closed and the computers had been shut down and I would need to call back the next day...on the other three occasions, I was told she was busy with a client and would return my call...she never did! This is extremely poor customer service! I truly wish I had never had the misfortune of needing the services of this company.

Except waiting for 1 hour after appt. time, absolutely the easiest and least problematic time I've ever had with loan closing.

Absolutely a nightmare. You will never ever pay this off. Don’t care if you over pay each month it doesn’t matter. That’s more going to interest than principal. If you want a $7000 loan, that’s gonna cost you another $9,000 on top. So all in all. $16,000 to borrow 7,000. Nope!! Don’t do it. You will regret it all. Stay away please for the love of god
