Jordan (Wood Cross office) the worst customer service ever, she doesn’t know what to do I had a terrible experience with her I had to talked with Scott and it was the same awful experience. I called twice to pay a loan they couldn’t tell me that I have auto pay nobody told me I got a double charge on top of that my bank charged me overdraft fee, they both were blaming me for that which it’s fine cuz like I said they don’t care customer at all. gladly my bank which is Wells Fargo took care of me.

After having had issues getting an auto loan with other local credit unions I went to Horizon and had no issue being approved and was even offered a lower interest rate than the other credit unions would offer. Their motto is true, they are “Big enough to compete.” and “Small enough to care.”
Definitely would recommend!

This was my first time, taking out a loan without having to go into a bank. They made it incredibly easy. They were very helpful. I can’t imagine doing it any other way anymore.

Not a fan at all of the ATM style of financial transactions! Remote tellers couldn’t cash my check even though it was written on a Horizon Credit Union check. The onsite person was able to call and get authorization needed, then proceeded to complete the transaction. When check was inserted into the machine, the machine went shut off and rebooted. On site individual made more phone calls, had to retrieve check from the machine, then we started all over. Bring back face to face interactions!! Big shout out of thanks to DW at the Bountiful location!!!

The HCU in Woods Cross and Clearfield are excellent, definitely 5 out of 5 stars!!! BUT, the the staff at the Kaysville branch, especially Tina Lasso, I give at least a negative 10 out of 5 stars. Soo many broken promises, soo many unreturned calls, voice-mails and unanswered questions. Never heard back on any application or loan requests, even from a year ago. I DO NOT recommend anybody to EVER go to this branch to talk to someone in person. Yet, everyone you interact with over their personalized ATMs are awesome. 😁
