Horrible experience trying to open an account. Constant leaving voice mails to have call backs. Also, if you apply to this credit union, they will require a hard credit check. Nowhere on the application did it say that there would be multiple credit inquiries and now I have not one, but two hard inquiries. The customer service is subpar and I do not recommend them to anyone. Thank goodness I found another credit union that had much better service!

We have had such great experiences with Kings Peak over the last 11 years! From home and car loans to CD's to checking accounts for our teens. The team here is wonderful and always goes above and beyond for us.

One thing about this place, is that they understand when things are down, and they work with you. Connie, Cheri, Ryan, and the Board have done all they can to work with me when my family was in need, on more than one occasion. If you have a loan or bank here you can expect to be treated like a human. Thank you to them.
Customer service has gotten a lot better over the last year. They take the to talk to you, work with you, and you don't feel like you are rushed.
Credit card processing fees are still ridiculous. Until they fix this, I'll keep 1 star for the $5 fee, oh, $8 if you use a Master Card. (They like to explain why and all that but it doesn't matter, there's no reason that justifies it. I pay all my bills with a card over the phone or online and all but two cost nothing, and those cost ~$2. Please get us a better deal.)

Staff is always wonderful. Their online banking mobile app is not very good. Shuts down randomly, doesn't have all the features that the website itself has. So far I have seen better bank companies online app/website.

The first part of the car buying journey has been amazing. Super simple and helpful. Cannot wait to start this adventure looking forward to working with your credit union and hopefully working in some other plans soon.
