Horrible company. It was fine when Kami was there. It was great. She cared about people and worked with you providing appropriate communication. Catalina is awful. She offered to move a payment to the end of my loan as we moved out of state. She never did this so we got super behind. I paid it up while risking us becoming homeless because of her lack of follow through. Now I had to put payments in the back burner to avoid being homeless. We have a home and I’m $500 behind on my payment because they did not do what they said they would do.

Apparently zero stars is not an option but it really should be when it comes to this company. I have made four car payments and every time I make my payment my car gets shut off the next morning. They say that they are in the office from 8:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. but when I try calling at 9:00 a.m. no one answers the phone and I am stuck without a car...

This is the worst place possible to get a vehicle. If your vehicle is worth $3,000 they charge you well over $20,000, after financing. They sell junk that doesn't run properly. Go to Chariot Auto talk to Jeff he did an amazing job for us!

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! I wished we could give them negative STARS...... If you like getting screwed with NO Vaseline, then go with this company. Anyhow, my son bought a car through them for about $7K more than the value. I ended up paying off his car in cash because he was throwing away all that money. My other son, went through them, the dealership told him that he could only choose from four options. Cars that had no AC, an edge that was pile. There were no vehicles for him to choose. He ended up purchasing a 2012 Ford Fusion, well come to find out the dealership pulled it up onto the curb and broke the front bumper. They would NOT fix it. The car values at $3,100. He bought it for $12k. Talk about upside down to try and help someone with their credit. I had talked with Alan(the Manager) had it all worked out to where we could sell the car to save the sons credit because payments and insurance on this car was outrageous and taking him to the dirt. Alan and I had everything worked out to sell the the car for $3,100 with no Alternator and $3,400 with a new Alternator and battery. I had a buyer. Anyhow, another guy by the name of Doug decided to get involved in our previous engagement to get rid of the car and I guarantee he had no clue to what was going on. Doug then told me that if I sold the car for $3K then I needed to come up with another $2k of my own money because they could settle for 75% of the cars value. ...... So that now makes the value of this 2012 Ford Fusion $$8,750.00.... There were 2 exact cars with the same mileage sitting on car lots for $5,400. That is a discrepancy of $3,350.00. What kind of a bank in their right mind would loan on a car so upside down. That is where TIMBERLINE comes into play to help all these people to get into a vehicle. TIMBERLINE FINANCIAL I hope you feel good about screwing good people that are struggling....STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Now they were told to come get the car and they will take it back and sell it to someone else and screw them over. They will again put another Tax on the car and someone will end up paying over $2k to license this car. SAD, SAD, SAD..........

Jackie C. deserves the "Compassion of the Century" Award! She (& Timberline Financial) have helped me when I am be struggling. Because of her compassion yet savvy business sense, for the 1st time in my 64 years of life and 11 financed vehicles in those years, this will be the 1st car I will own, yes, OWN, in 1 year!!! That's HUGE for me. Before Jackie and Timberline Financial, I couldn't get a piece of bubblegum financed. They believed in me, which was the motivation I needed. They definitely earned my loyalty & respect 💯
