Teller was very rude and did not give the correct bill types as was requested when withdrawing. After a 20 Minute wait, mentioned they were taking a while and was given the excuse "we are busy". Drive through was completely empty and Google's "Popular Times Graph" showed "Not Busy". Do NOT Recommend.

First the ATM won't let me deposit and after repeatedly reporting issues it finally gets "fixed". Now I can't make mobile deposits on the app. When are yall going to get your butts in gear and fix this? It took 6 months for just the ATM to get fixed right!

They'll let you sit there all day before helping you. I needed a new debit card because my account was hacked. I was told to have a seat. I look over and there's four other people waiting, and only two women helping people at their desk. They truly were making it longer then they had to. One of the women was so loud that everyone knew her account number, and everything personal. I kept looking over like wow, I hope I don't deal with her. Nothing like screaming peoples info out. But I didn't keep waiting. I stayed 20 mins and left. The same 4 people were still waiting

Does not resolve problems. I have had to call 5x today so far and nothing is resolved. You get told things have been done that haven't, "disconnected " and then sent to voice-mail. Absolutely unacceptable. My husband travels and we really need to find a bank that can actually do something. Everytime there is an issue we have to go in person to be told we could just called.

They told me they could perform a service, had me drive over an hour to tell me they would not help me and closed my account. The tellers were nice but the managers give very rude service. Beatrice Martin, Tammie Griffith and Lori Hill should not be in customer relations.
