All of the ladies that work here are absolutely amazing!!! I usually come in a few times during the week, and everyday I feel so welcomed by them. They are the sweetest ladies ever! Especially after today, when I was having issues with a payment from my apartment complex, they were so quick to jump on it, and look into everything for me, and were comforting me when I was very upset and stressed. (Not with them.) I definitely recommend this credit union!!

Great first experience at the credit union, Waxahachie branch.
This was my first time setting up a bank account in America and the process was made enjoyable and stress free thanks to Gabby.
These woman are very personable and really make you feel like you’re the only customer.

Bank alerted me to Fraud on my account. In Waxahachie I made 2 stops one at Taco Casa the other HEB Gas. The next thing I know I get incremental deductions of $850, $700, etc right up to $3200. I check account and call bank. Cancel card/replace card. Told they could not stop these “pending charges” until they “posted”??? Even though we’ve determined they are “fraudulent”, “out of state” because they are debit card deductions not checks. Hmmm does not make sense that you just wait for my money to go out the door. Hours later they post meaning “thieves” take my funds. Now NCU bank will report the “theft/fraud”. I am told that they will replace my funds within 10 days. And an investigation will take 45 to 90 days. I will not continue to bank here. I do not appreciate NCU not protecting me when they had every opportunity to do that. NCU could and should have “stopped these deductions but didn’t”. Beware of paying anywhere with your debit card. I found out the hard way. Will be going back to Chase immediately even though they are not in town because they protect their clients. I always encounter issue after issue at NCU. More comments to follow.

Yesterday on the date of November 8,2023 I went into the neighborhood credit union branch of waxahachie and I was helped by Gabby she did such an amazing job getting me and my setup with new accounts.she was very hands on with answering questions and she was very helpful just explaining everything about signing up with the credit union I will definitely recommend everyone go see her to get signed up thank you for all your hard work Gabby!!!!!
