I felt welcomed the moment I walked in to such sanitized store. I'm glad I chose this place to cash my check. The manager Omar was quick and even helped me get a prepaid debit card so next time I get paid using direct deposit instead without having to pay a check cashing fee. Thanks alot!

Danielle is so helpful and has a great attitude! She took the time to help me with customer service etc just to make sure I had everything correct.
I have been to several locations that were not great, and this is the only one I will use now.

I'd been to Ace Cash Express several times, many, many years ago. My experience, back then, was ALWAYS negative.
So, when a paper check came my way and I only had a Chime bank account. I gritted my teeth and braced myself to endure Ace, hopefully, one last time.
When I entered, I was met by Ashley. She was pleasant and greeted me with a smile. I spent half an hour at that window but it was not the fault of Ashley or Ace. Together, she and I sat on hold with Chase bank and went through customer service associate after customer service associate just trying to get my check verified.
Ashley was incredibly patient, professional and showed absolutely no sign of irritation or annoyance at the situation. I was impressed because I was becoming quite annoyed by Chase bank.
After the third time we were placed on hold, a manager finally answered and cleared my check in less than a minute.
Ashley cheerfully handed me my cash and even complimented my car as I was walking out (my car is my pride and joy so that really made me smile).
5 stars for excellent service and Ashley definitely deserves a raise and a promotion.
