If there was a way to take stars away i would. Worst bank in the world. If you try to call them because they made a mistake. you wait for hours and go through 20 different transfers just to be hung up on at the end.

An inactive fee?? Charged a fee for having money in a savings account without notice because it has been “inactive”. Offered no card to deposit funds barely any physical mail with account information and absolutely NO online banking info or option provided when account was opened. Only a business card Account number written on it. Poor business practices and policy.

Terrible bank.. don’t bank here.. they live in the past.. you can’t deposit anything after hours… their atm don’t allow it… smh.. they charge fees constantly. Hold deposit for up to 30 days… it’s 2022 month is transfered instantly… what a joke of a bank..

Horrible customer service. Called WITH my parents on call and provided their act# to Hailey whom said she could not provide status since I wasn’t on the account. I asked for Spanish speaker and was transferred to Houston corporate VM. They don’t want to assist nor they have translators?. Talk about lazy/No skills and unprofessional. My parents didn’t get assistance and have been with this bank over 20yrs.

Put in a loan application and didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks until I called them just to have the person on the other end tell me I don’t qualify because I live out of state and hung up
Another update: had a vehicle loan with them. I paid off the loan and had yet to receive the title. Called several times and turns out they lost the title. They’re the lien holders and they had no clue as to where the title was. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got the biggest run around about why they wouldn't release funds for a payment. Had the money in my account. Was literally told they don't know why they weren't releasing the money. The other bank verified it was on this end
Tried ordering a replacement ATM card and 2 and was told they were out of the plastic to make the cards.
They refused to speak with my son in the military regarding his accounts. He ended up switching banks because of the lack of customer service and communication
