An Le and her team were amazing throughout our home buying process! They were recommended through our homebuilder, and we are so happy to have worked with Lifestyle Home Lending! As first time homebuyers, we were unsure of what the process entailed. However, An was very thorough in each step, and explained all numbers/ addressed our questions really well. She was very kind each time we spoke on the phone, and made us feel comfortable choosing them to handle an important role in home buying. Thank you!

Steve and his team were just of the walls Amazing to work with. We were so lost at everything we were doing. As it was our first time buying a home! We were looking through many lenders and steve went Above and beyond. He explained everything to us step by step, he was very friendly and very patient with all of my silly questions. One phrase he used that helped lean towards his company were these words that he told me ( I will be with you all the way Anthony, And I will advise you as I was your father, as a father would advise his son) this gave me so much hope. Steve and his team of trained experts to get the JOB DONE ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! thank you steve for helping us build our future!!

What nightmare!!! I have purchased three homes in my life this was going to be the 4th. Hands down the worst experience. In an attempt to buy a new build there is ample time to get t's cross and I's dotted. These folks had months to get things squared away and boy did they drop the ball. Less than 72 hours from closing on our new home and less than 24 hours on closing our current home they come back and tell us they don't understand our financial situation and they need more info. We were able to get our current home closing pushed back a couple days so we were supposed to close on both on the same day on a Friday. They strung us along all day long telling us that their committee was getting together to make a final decision then left us hanging with nothing. We are now in a impossible situation of having a legal battle about not selling our current home because we don't want to go homeless because we don't know if we will get our new home. This is extremely unprofessional and certainly unacceptable. They appear to lack urgency and are ignorant to the fact of how this impacts people and their lives. We now have a massive financial and legal burden to carry and they clearly do not care. Not to mention lost wages from taking time off work wasted gas driving from title company to title company not knowing what's going on not knowing what's going on. Having to cancel movers last minute costing them and cancelling utilitie hookups and whatnot. It has been an extremely stressful experience. Home buying is supposed to be an exciting time and this has been all but that . This shouldn't have been that hard when you have months to execute your fiduciary duty the one job that you have and you sit on your hands until the last minute is complete negligence. If you want to avoid an experience like ours I would not trust these folks
