Drive through times are awful they are very slow and insufficient. They need to put the withdraw and deposit slips in the canisters ready to be used when a member arrives. But instead you have to send it in tell them what slip you need and wait even longer for it to be sent back. Some days you can stay here a good 30+ minutes waiting in drive through line. It’s ridiculous.

I cashed a cashiers check at this bank today. It was $100 short. I went in to talk to the teller that cashed it for me and was told her money was correct in her drawer. Now it’s my word against hers how do you think that ended. I lost $100 and I’m guessing she went shopping. DO NOT BANK HERE! This experience reminded me of why I left this bank several years ago and went to First United in Seminole, they have treated me right and I don’t have the issues with them that I had at WTNB.

Do not bank with west texas national bank. I got scammed and they had no protection for that whatsoever. They wanted me to get a loan out to pay it as well i was 17 at the time, then they wanted to charge me 17% interest. If you recieve a bad check you are on your own bcus their machines are useless. With everything going on today you need a bank by your side. If anything fraudulent happened you are on your own!! I now bank with wells fargo, I had an itunes purchase charged on my account I don't even have itunes wells fargo imediantly fixed the issue if this same scenario happened at WTNB I would've still been responsible for it no questions asked. Wells fargo has a great program for scams or anything you didn't authorize. With everything going on today last thing you need to worry about your bank account!

Be VERY careful banking with them. This is probably the worst bank around west TX. If you have the option to bank with anyone else, do it.

Very rude manager tends to not help any minority customers and is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Mrs Withney to be exact could be more professional and less disrespectful as she was the one embodieing these traits.

Just never go inside to do any business and it will be an ok bank. Go inside and deal with the tellers, and you will no longer be a customer.
