I just wanted to comment that Crystal Trevino the Manger on the Fairmont location was very helpful and professional. I am such a satisfied customer and would recommend anyone that is in a financial problem to go with her.

I went there to refinance my loan and the lady applied to get a loan increase, which was not what I wanted, I wanted a better interest rate. When I asked her questions about different loan options and when I would have an answer from their finance department, she never had a straight answer. Later that day and the next day when she was trying to contact me about refinancing, she could never fully give me a straight answer about how much my new interest rate would be, along with how much would my new monthly payment would be. I also hate that you guys don't do online payments, I know and understand that it is something to complain to corporate about, however the fact that y'all do not have online payments can be very inconvenient. Although, I experienced a bad refinancing option, every other time I've been there to make my payment, the staff has been really nice.

Extremely unprofessional. Horrible customer service, they all need to be re trained. I needed a print out of all my payment due. The person helping me had no idea what I meant by it. Instead gave me a print out of payments done. It was extremely upsetting, and frustrating. Not only that, the supervisor or "Manager " was listing , to all this. Didn't do anything to help me or work with me. I felt abused by this people. When my intentions were to make sure my payments are on time.

I have been with them for 7+ years. They are great and great with a smile! They are very respectful and help you any way they can. They are in a very convenient location to find on Fairmont. Thank you all for your great services!

They sent a letter in the mail to help with Harvey victims, stating that they would either defer a payment or raise the credit limit. I called and was given the response that they were not honoring the letters because they were not meant to be sent out. False Advertising at its best.
