Most unreliable bank ever, money goes missing, they are unreliable when it comes to getting a new card I’ve gone through 3 temporary because my card never shows up. They never answer the phone for customer service and they are just a horrible bank in every way

I have been getting more and more dissatisfied with this banks service, excessive charges, such as charges when your account goes below $100. I have used this bank for over 5 years, they know my payment history because they process the checks I write for my bills. I applied for a $2000 loan, they turned me down because I did not have enough money in my account for them to pull that amount out at any time. Of course I didn't have that much in my account, if I had it I would not be trying to borrow it. They offered me a loan of $250, what good is that when you need $2000, they are not meeting my needs. This is a one time things that I needed money for a purchase of a vehicle and a house. Neither would stand for the loan as they are both old but still can be salvaged, I needed the money to do that in a timely manner, I will now have to strain my budget to get this done and not be able to start the rehab of the house for several months, where if the bank had loaned me the money I could have started tomorrow because the house would have been paid for. Just don't think this bank fulfills my needs and I will be searching for another bank in the near future. A consistent customer with two auto deposits a month should be trustworthy enough in their business to loan as little as $2000. This is not a bank that will provide all the services I need and I will be going elsewhere to bank.

This used to be A great bank, but the staff they have there now is rude and terrible. I went in the other day to have a problem fixed on my account. The back manager was showing other employees her phone and in a snooty way asked "What do you need?"
When I told her she said I had to come back the next day because they were closing in 5 minutes. Really need to get the old staff back.

Liars, I’ve had a check on hold for about 15 days when it was supposed to be 9. Very vague about anything when you talk to them. Check was supposed to be available today from what the “manager” told me 2 days ago. Now it will not be available until Monday. I was told They should be able to release funds by Christmas and that didn’t happen. Can’t reach the branch without calling their customer service department, answering many questions then waiting on hold for forever. No drive up atms, nothing but fees if you don’t pay attention. Not very convenient if you ask me. I’d give less starts if it was an option. As soon as my money is available I’m closing my account.
