If I could I would give no stars. My girlfriend did the online application online $500 and I called the local office in Mt. Pleasant, TX. The lady on the phone told me what my girlfriend would need to bring in to the office to finish the application process. When we arrived the lady was helping another person. When it was our turn the lady verified everything and then asked my girlfriend how much she did the application for, she told the lady $500 and then she informed my girlfriend that she didn't qualified for the $500. The lady hesitated told her $200. My girlfriend agreed to the $200 and the lady started the contract and payment schedule. The lady showed the payment schedule sheet and I seen a principle balance of $300. After my girlfriend signed everything in the members area on the website it said loan amount of $300. The lady only gave her $200 cash. I will say this, if you need money watch going here. make sure you're getting the amount that the loan is for. That bad business.

Me and my husband has been with this loan company for years and never had and issue until here recently. He switched positions which caused him go to have to miss a payment on the 9th. Because he was no longer getting paid weekly. So they requested a payment due date extension or whatever. Well the next week on the 16th when he actually got paid I took them the 30day transactions to prove non payment they’d asked for and he made the payment. I asked was there anything he needed to sign. She said no and that his payment due dates had been changed to fall in line with his payday. Well the following Thursday they said that he had another payment due. When He called up there to discuss his payment change they claimed they didn’t know what I was talking about. But one lady said he would have to come in today to sign off on his payment due date change. Well when he went up there the lady claimed she didn’t remember and she didn’t remember taking any payments. However she could fix it but had to wait for a manager’s approval and it would take awhile. He needed to leave for work so she had told him she was going to call him as soon as she heard something back. She still have not called or txted and this was yesterday. I called up there today to make a payment and the lady was in such a hurry that she didn’t hear a word I said. I had to call back up there to make sure we were on the same page(which we were not) She told me she would have to go back cancel what she had done call me back and then take my payment. Its so chaotic dealing with them now.
