I can honestly say that today with Arlena was not a pleasant visit. Arlena was short and dismissive from the moment I walked in. She was by herself so I tried to be understanding. I know that dealing with people isn’t always fun especially, if you’re shorthanded. I also understand that we all have external things that can affect our attitudes so I tried to let it go but after numerous passive aggressive remarks I could no longer excuse her poor behavior! I’m not sure if this is OMF’s standard but it is definitely beyond unprofessional. I have not been in office in over a year because I have never needed in person contact before today. I actually tried to refinance a loan I’ve had for over a year online and got an approval but because of the back and forth and slower response times, I thought in person would be easier. That was clearly a mistake on my part!

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time dealing with this company. They tell you you're qualified creditwise and make you think one thing, but then they come up with other things after the fact. The only reason I went to them is because I was referred!! Never again. I should've went through the bank, but they weren't offering as much as One Main were. One Main are so misleading and I don't like doing business that way. Now I have an unnecessary hard inquiry on my credit!! Just say no!

The worst company to get a loan through. They either don't answer or have a terrible attitude. Once I'm able to pay down the loan enough, I'll be switching to a different lender. I do not recommend at all. Do your research on other loan offers before settling here.

Really wish I could give this establishment a 0 here in Lubbock. They have poor customer service relations and they discriminate and violated my EO Rights!!! Robert is a liar and their staff doesn’t have any organizational skills or mannerism. Call Corporate for professionalism because they are prejudice in Lubbock.

This is the worst company to do business with! I will never recommend them to anyone. I originally applied for a loan online and, after a hard-pull on my credit report, was approved for a secured loan. When I contacted this local office, I was told I would have to complete the application process again on the phone and another pull on my credit. After several days and several unanswered messages, I was told I was approved for a much lower amount with a higher interest rate than what I was given online. I needed the loan at the time, so I agreed unfortunately. When I went in to complete my loan documents, I was told that over half of the loan was being sent to my credit card companies to pay down my balances. This was NOT told to me ahead of time, and one of the credit cards the payment was sent to was a card that had been charged off over 3 years ago!! I felt like I didn't have a choice since I needed the money at the time but in hindsight I should have went to a different company. The friend that referred me had trouble receiving her referral bonus because they stated I never told them she referred me. Today, I woke up to see that they drafted my account for a payment that I already made online 2 weeks ago! And for a higher amount because the person who did the loan "forgot" to update the document. After speaking with them today, I learned that if you make an early payment you have to call and have them manually stop the autodraft payment - a fact that was not made clear to me when I was signing loan documents. I will now pay this loan off ASAP and never deal with this company again. Nothing is ever their fault when you speak to them and there is literally nothing you can do about it because the corporate customer service number's solution was to transfer me back to the local branch to resolve the problem. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!

The process of receiving the loan is ok. However, the people in this location are absolutely relentless. Horrible communication. I DO NOT recommend doing business with them.
