Rob a bank before going to them. Absolutely loathe this place and will never go back. They started out friendly then would call be days before payment was due to ask if I wanted to make a payment. They were courteous when I contracted COVID and could not work and they agreed to give me a few additional days then deposited my check anyways as if I was in default. Corporate office fixed the issue. Then they e-mailed me telling me I was past due because I didn't sign the refinance contract BUT they got my money. Then they changed the due date and told me I was late. Now, because my next due date falls on a holiday, they want me to pay two days earlier. I never told them I get paid early around holidays. I specifically told them I get paid after. So Corporate wants to catch an attitude with me because I don't want to pay early as if a holiday affects online payments. If there is a next time, I'll take my chances robbing a bank.

The service at this store is amazing, Jaqueline provided me with the best service she is calm and collected, and patient when I needed my loan, she takes time to understand the situation and gets the job done.

Nichole David was awesome and great she helped me a lot. She kept me informed and when I need help with delaying my payment she work her hardest to let me make it on the next payment round. I really appreciate it since I had to quarantine for 2 weeks and my paycheck was low. Wish they had service like that with other places.

Quick easy process with great staff! Nicole was great, quick at her job while maintaining a great conversation! Didn’t feel like I was getting a loan at all! Loved the process would recommend!

Wasted my time. I emailed all my required documents 4 hours ahead of time, just to come into the store and have my time completely wasted. My information should have been printed out and ready to go , and if anything was missing and any issues appeared, I should have been notified ahead of time. Especially with the store being as empty as it was. Now I have to drive 30 minutes home with no cash in my pockets though I was “ pre approved “. Stay away from them at all cost. I had a much better and experience at the college station location, when my income and everything else was the same, and I was approved.
