Drive Thru Wait is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. THIS BRANCH DEFINITELY NEEDS MORE TELLERS! There's nothing convenient about banking here.

Tina C provides the best personal experience. She is very professional, kind and helpful. When I come to the bank I don’t feel like I am coming to do a business transaction. Credit union best experience better than a corporate bank.

I came in on Tuesday 10/11/23 to deposit a large amount of money in the form of a check and my teller was Jessica. She wasn’t very helpful or nice. She took my check and told me that it was going to be a 7 day business hold and that she was putting it into my savings account. Not at all giving me the option to deposit into my checking or releasing a portion of the funds to me. She was very straightforward and made me uncomfortable with asking questions. Needless to say I called back into customer service and find out that I did have options and now the nightmare that I’m going thru could have been avoided if she would have taken the time to be of better help. I’m very disappointed with this branch and the lack of support and service they continue to offer.

I have banked with them for a few years now never any problems with staff. Just found out today the drive thru is now closed and will be a day to day thing if the atm machine is down. Not sure why they would take a good service away but to me big business no longer caring enough about their customers.
