I was helped by the lovely Miriam Gutierrez. She was very nice and she knew what she was doing. Explained everything in detail and was very informative and caring. She made sure I knew everything before I left. Made the process less stressful. I love that they have a computer in case you need to print anything. Best experience ever!!

This review is for Miriam Gutierrez, store manager of the cash store located on 9001 Spencer highway. I walked into the store approximately around 5:30pm, she had let me know there was a couple of customers ahead of me and gave me the information to prep the paperwork needed. While waiting, not only did she keep reassuring me and the woman next in line that she would be with us shortly, I also noticed she was multi tasking between two other people at the same time, meeting their needs, and making sure she did everything possible to help them. I was finally seen around 6:35pm, embarrassed by the fact that my emails were not going through for her to process me. She kept repeating the words “we are going to make sure we get what you need. Don’t worry. I got you.”
The upmost, respected words you could give to a customer. When all was said and done,, I left at 7:30pm, meaning she worked over time and still hadn’t gotten to the woman behind me. The entire experience was great due to her positive attitude and humble approach to the challenges. It was refreshing to see some one care as much as she did, and had a smile on her face the entire time.

Called to inform them that I would be making my payment late and wanted to know in advance how much my late fees were. For some reason they mentioned the cash back option and explained it as it was money that I was approved for but never took out. I was approved for 1k and took out 735 initially. I don't why she mentioned in during a conversation about late fees but im intrigued. But since I refinance the loan then I would need to wait 5 days. So I plan for it, work it into my budget and wait the 5 days. I call back the next day letting them that I will be requesting $160 of the available amount. Daily I either call or go in store to remind them that I plan on the cash back option. Come the day of to do the cash back option and it was at this time they decided to wait and tell me that's it $73 fee. A fee was not mentioned once in the numerous conversations we had. Paying 73 that I don't have to only claim a net profit of 83 seemed valid to them and something a customer would do so they just decided to forgo telling me about the fee until last minute? Or is this standard procedure?

Fast and very accommodating, and very understanding during the time that my bank didn't let them pull my payment due to fraud security, I just called them about bank security and they pull my payments with no penalty. Thanks
