I waited for about a week and a half for a response from Catherine to see you about my auto loan that I was trying to get approved for that I was asking for and she never called me back so I called her three different times she never responded so like him I left a message she finally called me back and told me the reason why I got denied I got denied because my credit OK I understand that and then return payment and I have nothing against this bank whatsoever but she did not call me very unprofessional of her not calling me on her own having somebody else do her dirty work and then I have no reason to get denied I just paid a car off with them and got denied never late on payment but the last payment got returned because the insurance should if covered that and the gap well they were still taking. Money out of my account and never put in for gap until I went and complained mind i that was three months later they had been taking payment out wen insurance paid them off and gap should of the rest but I still went and paid my last payment thinking maybe I could get another car threw them well I’m sure after this I ll never even get a second chance

Very unprofessional. Never got my account information, they didn't call me that my debit card was activated, and after I called they said it had been activated but it was still denied various times. I called the number and they said that they couldn't help me. Lost $15 but took the loss and just closed the account.

I went through the drive-through to see if they would break a $100 bill. They said if I didn’t have an account with them they could not do it. He didn’t even apologize or say that was policy. Literally the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard
