We recently purchased our home with Guadalupe Bank. It was really a pleasure working with Tabor. He was on top of everything from the start. His attention to detail and fantastic personality made this a terrific experience. This is my second time dealing with this bank on a propery acquisition and they have been top notch.

I have had a horrid experience in my years of banking here. I have been here years and still am constantly having issues that I never run into with any other bank I have. Not to mention the constant flow of new employees that have no idea what they are doing. Worst bank In the hill country by far.

Place deserves zero stars. Awful customer service. No atms and every time I come there is always an issue with my funds. This is the worst bank I have ever banked with in my 30 years. Just try somewhere else if you are looking for a new bank.

Working with Guadalupe Bank has been very positive experience. Being out of state, I really appreciate the high level of personal customer service. I have had the experience of a few different mortgage transactions with Jacob Smith, a Loan Officer at GB. Jacob is very knowledgeable and was accessible throughout the whole loan process. He was available to answer questions as they arose and was diligent in preparing all the documentation needed as part of the loan application thru the final approval. I highly recommend Guadalupe Bank for your banking needs.

If there was an option to give 0 stars that's what I would give this bank, Accessing your own funds should be a simple task, but in dealing with Christian and his supervisor Rosie they were able to accomplish nothing and they made it very difficult and frustrating. Instead of trying to LISTEN to the customer, he just acted like he knew everything, completely disrespectful and quite unprofessional. They both need to go to the website and re-read the "about" section because none of that is true. Do yourself a favor and READ all the other 1 star reviews, I wish I would have done that before depositing our money here.

It’s a small town bank that treats account holders based on their appearance and deposit amounts. The staff is very unprofessional and openly discuss your personal information in the lobby full of other customers. I do not recommend using this bank and highly recommend taking your money out of their hands. Move your money to another bank while you still can. There are local banks offering 4% money markets with no fees

Used to be a good bank, then they started treating customers like any other large bank charging fees and not caring about their customers. You might as well go anywhere else
