This is proving to be the worst banking experience of my life! I set up an account for direct deposit over a month ago and the credit union has returned deposits 3 times on the 8th, 14th, 18th of November and again TODAY it has been sent in. As of now my acct still doesn't reflect a deposit! Why in this world of technology can't you get it right. Your customer service attention to detail sucks to say it bluntly. If a govt agency can transfer my money today then why can't your computer recognize and post it received. This is not acceptable I NEED MY MONEY.

Had the most terrible service today! Spent 2hrs just to open an account when this could have been done personally by any of their staffs. Instead, my friend was put into a room and have to do it via a remote computer desktop!! A system that is running so slow with the person on the other end guiding you having some trouble with her connection!! What a stupid way to address client needs!! And btw, did i mention WE SPENT 2 HOURS!! Just to open a new account?? (Really need to repeat that!) Came to work late because of that very inefficient NOT a good customer oriented service at all!

We have been with Mobil Oil 16 years and have always been pleased overall with our Jasper branch credit union. They have always been there for us, traveling with husbands work all over the US and they have always been just a phone call away.

Great bank! Really like the convenient app. The staff at this location is very courteous. But, the constant problems with security is wearing our patience thin. Hope this doesn't keep becoming a problem!!

I have been a member at the Jasper location for several years now. All of their employees are very friendly and helpful; I've never had a bad experience in that regard. I always appreciated the prompt service and professionalism.
However, as of the last several months, waiting times have been atrocious. It started even before the cringy name change. It's not uncommon for a simple deposit to take twenty minutes at the drive thru. Furthermore, the number of days that this branch is closed is becoming excessive, as well as the constant spam, via both email and snail mail, to sign up for life and auto insurance.
I still appreciate the friendliness and positive attitudes of the employees (main reason that I have not switched banks), but I wish that they would put a little more emphasis on prompt service.

Most employees and tellers are very kind. Horrible wait times at the Jasper location. Not enough staff. Needed help building my credit and they didn't offer much help or information. Closed our account
