I have a title loan with them, the loan was for a total of $12,000.00
I owe $16,488.11, the 3 years that I have been making payments
I haven't even touch the base loan, They will take your money and keep taking your money, they will give you a good amount up front but you'll never be able to pay it back. they will stack the interest so high you'll never be able to get out debt.

I worked with Diane, and she seemed a bit irritated during the process. Our initial conversation, when I didn't want to answer specific personal information, she seemed to get loud and irritated with me. I didn't really appreciate that. Second, when we were finalizing the loan process, she offered me the insurance and incentives to add on. I did not want to add those on, and she seemed frustrated with that as well. Additionally, she seemed to probe too much as to why I did not want to add any additional insurance to the loan. I do not feel as if I needed to answer that, but she held up the process until I did, so I went ahead and answered. I could feel her frustration because I could see her via webcam. All in all she wasn't too bad, I just feel like she can use more calmness in her demeanor, and not be so pushy. Again, I know it's a high stress job, she has numbers to hit, so I give her grace in that regard. But, decorum should always be a commonality when working in customer service.
