I've been with them8 years and it's only gotten worse. And most of their employees thar were actually the best have been moved or are no longer there. My husband and I always use the night deposit bc we get checks ay the end of the day. And it's been more than 3 times already that they don't do them resulting in us having to go up there or waiting till Monday to get it situated. It's just ridiculous

I just wanted to get some vacation cash. I didn't know my debit card pin so the drive thru ATM didn't help. I parked near the front door and was through the line and on my way in just a few minutes.

Can't say the person at the entrance was nothing but rude. Did not greet and with the situation we are in the world. She does not care to clean or sanatize the check in tablet. As for the teller Melanie, she did a good job but same, she did not greet me and she did not want to engage in conversation. I know I came in at the last minute but came for a 4 hour drive and I was hoping for a little empathy. Thats why I give 5 stars. Very good job from the bank, very helpful and closer to the area I live in. By the valley.

Absolute worse customer service I have EVER experienced. I have no idea how they stay in business. I have had an account with a credit union that merged with them for over 30 years but I will be closing my accounts and encouraging others to do so as well as soon as they locate money missing from my account!

Became a customer here over thirty years ago. This institution used to be great. Not any more. Their service slowly degraded over the last eight or ten years, with the rate of decline accelerating over the last five or six years. Probably no coincidence that the timing coincides with their several mergers. The interest rates that TDECU pays their customers are pitiful. Could that be due to taking on too much bad debt from the mergers and paying millions of dollars to put the TDECU name on a stadium? Probably. At any rate I do not expect this institution to survive much longer.
