This office is unsafe, dirty, old molded, the one room bathroom theres is disgusting, no privacy, pipes leaking, carpet stinks, mices crawling on your feet dead and live bugs everywhere, I contracted COVID-19 working there, because I couldn't return to work in 5 days due to COVID-19 after mats, they fired me, thats darn inconsiderate, weres the humanity?
We Americans are still fighting COVID-19, we need additional protection, not flimsy potitons, no sanitation, couple bottles of hand sanitizer, becareful, wear a mask, disinfect, ONCE YOU CATCH COVID-19 you will understand.

I recently had an emergency come up that put me in a pretty rough spot . I walked into security finance and told them what was going on. The very first thing i told them was that i had poor credit but was working on fixing it. They ran my credit report immediately then had me go through standard questions. (Why do i need the loan..what do i do..what is my income..) after discussing this at length they asked that i provide copies of my taxes, bank statements, emails, etc. After sending them all of my information i had to sit there while they discussed my finances and income as if i weren't still sitting in the same room.(very unprofessional) Apparently they seem to think that they know more about my situation than i do. Then they come back to me(its been over an hour now) and tell me that they are denying me due to the credit report. I'm fine with that. What i am not fine with is the fact that i told them about my credit when i walked in the door and its the first thing they pulled. Why make me wait, and more importantly, why ask for so many financial documents from me if the credit report had already determined that i was denied. Seems really shady to me. When i tried to address this concern with the staff, I was met with a blanket answer and condescending attitudes. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS COMFORT LEVEL, PRIVACY, OR TIME. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

During the pandemic, I asked for deferred payments as I had stopped working and didn't have money at the time. I had always paid on time or ahead of time. This was the ONLY company that told me I could split a payment but had to catch up within the month.
This lead me to call THREE other companies and renegotiate terms to catch up so I could make the difference in payments here.
I called in this morning for updates on credit reporting and find out that their manager was let go and I wouldn't have had to deal with that headache of renegotiating and paying interest on THREE OTHER bills and payments. Was just told to call cooperate. I had to break down and explain my grievances during a pandemic only for it to be a moot point because MANAGEMENT in your staff didn't know what they were doing.
I will never use your services again, nor will I recommend you and wish I had the rest of my loan cancelled without penalty or negative report because of your gross incompetence. You've cost me more money in the long run and won't be held accountable. Your empty and useless apologies will cost me hundreds or thousands in the long run. Absolutely ridiculous.

Best loan experience I have ever had. Payment option was easy and did it all on the app. They also report it on your credit so it helps. Would definitely use them again.

So I called 2 wks ago explaining I am setting up ebill autopay. Thet gave me their address and my bank is mailing the payment. I have had account altogether over 7 yrs. I have called to confirm the situation everyday and they call me 2 more times a day. I asked to speak to the manager she is on a call. So immediately she calls me back and stats she is leaving after her call and will not talk to me. Worst customer service ever. Worst manager I have ever dealt with.. Do not go to these ladies they do not care

Tbh this is one of the best loan establishments out there. They will work with you and send out monthly reminders when your bill is due. The staff is always friendly and punctual. They consider your time when you come in and over the phone. I've been coming to them for about two years now and I don't regret it.
