The employees that work for this company are the most helpful people. Thank you Logan and I can't remember the name of the lady the helped me but she was awesome....they both were. I have been with One Main Financial for over 10 years.

I usually don’t do reviews on companies but this needs to be said. I am a loyal customer and paid my loan ahead of time which my due date isn’t until July of 2023. I was layoff from my job in May and I have tried to communicate with the associates about my account and stay up to date with my insurance claims due to me being unemployed. I’m the one who was reaching out asking questions that needed to be asked not the employees. Last week I asked one of the associates FACE TO FACE if I needed to cancel my payments since the insurance claim is going to make my payments. I was told that the payments would be taking care of by the insurance and that I didn’t have to worry about it. The payment was made by the insurance last week but today a payment was drafted from my account after I was told to not do anything. I called in and sent proof of the payment and I explained to the manager what took place. He was so rude to me and told me it wasn’t their responsibility to tell me to cancel my payments after I explained what one person told me. Then he told me that he wasn’t going to argue with me. Like who would say that to a customer. I also told him that he wasn’t there to hear the conversation so he shouldn’t speak to me like that. And I know how associates can lie about the situation because I done customer services before. If they made a mistake by not canceling my payments after I asked my questions then just say that. Not trying to make me looked bad and blame it on me. He didn’t apologize to me after they made a mistake on my account. Now I have to fight to get my money refunded. I am going through a hardship and they’re treating me like I’m behind on my account. I’m trying my best to do right and this isn’t fair at all. This will be my last time getting a loan from them. And now I don’t feel comfortable calling in and speaking with the associates or manager.

I Chose Here, to get Consolidation Loan. It was EXTREMELY Fast & Easy. They were SUPER COMPASSIONATE about helping me with loan process, as I have Mobility Issues. My Hands, fine Motor Skills Are LIMITED.

The loans are very reasonable and the people are not pushy to sale insurance, they will present you the product but will not try to force it upon, which is a huge plus. The loan terms are fair. The only negative to have to say about this business is that they took two days to give me an answer on my approval other than that A+ service.

Meagan is amazing! Very patient, great at explaining details and providing advice in regards to payment options I wouldn't have otherwise known about. I had terrible luck with OM's main customer service line, with different reps telling me different things and was never given a clear answer/direction until I spoke with Meagan, who is now my only point of contact at OM and someone I can trust!

As I asked for a loan at this office on Bryan Irvin I was sure I could get one since my husband and I had gotta several loans with them in the passed and pd them off early. My daughter and I applied for a loan together to get her truck fixed. Logan and Meagan were the people that we were dealing with. I was putting up my title to my truck as collateral . The title was under my name and my late husband. After a while WK of gathering what they needed they wanted proof of my husband death certificate. I got that too. Then Logan sent up our appointment to close the contract, so we were there for our appointment. When they got all my info papers then they came up with a prorated will from my husband. Well we didn't have a will when he passed. So I called my lawyer so he could explain to Meagan that the court had rewarded me owner ship of all our belongings. Lawyer sent a copy of the original prorated by the court that was given to me. That wasn't enough. They want a cerfitied copy. That would mean I couldn't get the loan till I got that paper. They already had a copy they wanted it to be certified. Long story short my lawyers are in Houston Texas.. at that poimt I was fed up with their excuse so I got up and told them to forget the whole thing. They were not trying to help at all they were just coming up with excuses. They asked if I wanted them to hold the application. I said no do whatever you want with it. I'm done with one main financial . Like 3 day later Meagan had the nerve to call me and ask if I was going to go bk. I told her hell no I'm not interested . You can ttrash that application . I told her I would never consider going bk. I would never recommend no one anymore to this place. So I would never rate this finance no more than a big fat 0
