I came by this location to get information on an account for my wife who was leaving another local bank. The parking lot was easy to access with plenty of parking up front as well as handicap parking spots. The drive thru was large enough for my truck to pass as well. When I walked into the building, it had the new building smell...LOL. The interior was new and clean in appearance. The structure had a clean flow to it's organization. I was immediately greeted by a teller who promptly took my name for a meeting with Jacklyn in the back office. She was very informative and I received a pamphlet for my wife. I would recommend a visit to the location to see for yourself.

Edit: I spoke with a representative that said she has put it up for review with her managers and will come off my credit report. Prior to speaking with her, I spoke with Norman in their collections department and he said I had to dispute it with the credit unions. I also voiced my frustrations with how his department handled the situation, but he made me feel like he didn't care at all.
I'll update when it falls off my credit.
DO NOT USE THIS BANK! They changed their bill pay system and my automatic payments stopped. They called a month after it was due to inform me that I needed to update with the new bill pay system. They said my account will be in good standing as long as I use the new bill pay to pay the past due amount. I immediately set everything up and paid the past due payment. Fast forward a month after that call and my credit report gets it's first late payment hit EVER! My score dropped 50 points from this bank. I tried calling and it's always an hour wait. I should have stuck with USAA.

Tried to get a auto loan through this credit union. They denied the loan because I was co signing for my boyfriend and we do not live together and/or not married. If this was a bank specific rule they should have let us know before running a hard inquiry on our credit! We went to chase to get the same loan and Chase bank said they have never heard of this rule that a co signer needs to be married or live together. Additionally, they gave out information about the loan to someone not listed on the loan about the loan being denied. This is personal information that should not be able to be accessed to family/friends/ or strangers without permission. Again without permission they let a random person know information regarding the loan!!! Do not trust this credit union. When I complained they ran a hard inquiry on my credit and they should have known the loan would be denied due to a specific rule that their credit union has the person said it would only effect my credit around 50 points (which is a lot on a credit score) but she pushed it off like it was nothing.

Used this credit union for a second time for a car loan because they bought out our loan on a previous car and we had a good experience. We re-financed our current car through them and purchased gap insurance. We paid this loan off 3 years early today (yay us), but then just got told we won’t get a refund of the gap insurance like we were promised when we refinanced. (I specifically asked them at the time of re-finance because we had planned to pay off early. We weren’t sure how early so decided to buy it if we could get refunded). Now, all of a sudden, they only refund within 60 days. How convenient. Buyer beware. Don’t use them, they are shady as all get out. I didn’t want a full refund, I just wanted the portion I did not use.
