Waited 30 minutes to speak with someone about my debit card not working. If I wasn't working I would just go in, but I don't have that option. No one should have to wait 30 minutes to speak with someone. I can call Texan Sky and get someone immediately! Ridiculous!

Some great, friendly people work here, and a specific few aren’t so great. I won’t name names.
Saying, “she should’ve known we don’t deposit coins on Mondays and Fridays because it’s our busiest days” is not good customer service. Teller took the deposit of coins and cash about 11am, said I could come back in about an hour. Sent someone almost 3 hours later, and she proceeded to give her attitude and made the above comment. And she was still reluctant to make at least the cash deposit. Also, said, “y’all should’ve called ahead so we could have it ready for you” which is fine, but do it without the attitude.
Great job to everyone else though.

The slowest service ever experienced at a drive thru. Waited almost 30 minutes. Almost seemed like only one cashier to three lanes.
