Efficient financial service, great help in time of need. Very bad customer service experience, I went to pay off my loan and the lady on the assistant manager desk was very rude. I suggested her to change jobs if customer service was not her thing.

They're always polite and courteous with me. Sometimes I have to pay a few days late to work around my pay schedule, and they're always cooperative.

They are a great place for quick emergency funds or just a general loan. They will even work with you when life happens and give you a bit of extra time to get that payment in, now who does that...
