The bad reviews are just ridiculous. I've gotten my last 3 vehicles from them and every vehicle was a great vehicle and the sales rep at the car lots were amazing and they made the whole process easy and I would definitely recommend this company to any and everyone! And I suggest going to Michael Bloom at neighborhood auto because he's the best!

I don't understand the bad reviews on here. I have bought 4 cars from Wise Credit over the past 12+ years and have NEVER had one problem with customer service. Each rep I have ever spoken to has been nothing but helpful and kind. So - I'm not sure why so many bad reviews. It's confusing to me. Thank you Wise Credit for all the years of EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am honestly pretty shocked about the poor reviews. I just purchased my 2nd vehicle through neighborhood autos, financed through wise credit. There have been multiple times they have worked with me when I got in a bind, and never shut my car off. I actually went with them over other companies because I'd prefer my car to be shut off, than repossessed. If it got repossessed you'd pay a whole lot more than just making up what you are behind to get it back. I had poor credit when purchasing my first vehicle with them, and fair credit when purchasing my 2nd vehicle with them, and haven't had any issues. I just traded my old car in, and have had no issues with Wise Credit or Neighborhood Autos.

I wish I could give these people -0 stars because they are by far the most unprofessional, RUDE finance company ever known to man kind. From so called management to employees they are simply the worst..save yourself the time and trouble and finance elsewhere!

My husband has been with Wise Credit since 2013 when we bought our first vehicle. We never had any issues up until now. They always had wonderful customer service. They always worked with us with payments when we were having financial issues for a little while. Honestly, they were always amazing.
However, we recently paid off my car with them and decided to trade it in and do a conventional loan this time as we have now built up the vehicle credit that we should need. This was not the case. We found out several months ago that Wise Credit has not been reporting to any of the credit bureaus. So it is as if my husband has never even purchased a vehicle. It just doesn't exist. We have called several times and left voicemails always being transferred to a different department or a different person and never getting a call back. Basically getting the run a around. The sales associate even called on my husbands behalf and got the same run a around. This is absolutely ridiculous especially once you have been such a long time customer. We also always wondered why my husbands credit NEVER showed any kind of a decent increase, seeing how after 7 years and 4 vehicles with EXCELLENT payment history, something should have shown that on his credit score. Well I guess we have our answer. It wasn't being reported.
I have given 2 stars for this issue mainly because of the run a around we are getting and because of all the hassle this has caused us trying to get into another vehicle through a conventional loan. The only reason I added the second star was because of the last 7 years we have had good experiences with this company.
If this issue is resolved and the run a around stops. I will update to 5 stars.
Edited to add: I will also be reporting to the BBB to see if that will help to resolve this matter.

I have been doing business with Wise Credit LLC for a year now. Initially, I was unhappy because there had previously been a couple of rude employees (but hey, there’s bad apples everywhere). I have had a very tough year and have had some issues with making a few of my payments. I have dealt with a few kind associates (Jessica & Tosha) and a supervisor (Misty) who have been wonderful. I typically speak with Misty most of the time, and I love her willingness to listen, assess the situation/issue and offer solutions. I will continue to do business with Wise Credit LLC for this reason. Although some people will say they hate the high interest, I will say that the interest is due to consumers having bad credit (for whatever reason - and that’s to be expected). Also, for anyone complaining about them not working with you, I will say that it’s important to include all proper supporting documentation for the reason that you’re needing assistance with the payments - otherwise, how are they to know that the reason that you’re giving is factual/legitimate?!? (They have many customers, and have to ensure that they’re remaining compliant).

I am on my second car with them and have only had one issue with a faulty security issue on their part that disables the car for no payment but they replaced that. I do wish there were better offers for those that have already paid off one vehicle or two vehicles but I am paying 618.00 for a 2017 Rav4 and 320.00 a month to keep the insurance that is required which is I have to maintain full coverage with a 250.00 deductible. 1,000.00 a month for a car is alot :( but I do appreciate their customer service team has always been helpful and worked with me.

I had a wreck where I was run off the road Allie just calls me with an attitude and hung up in my face after I was severely injured in the wreck ! I was told and signed legal documents to keep their insurance the car came with gap as well so I was informed that the car would be paid off by insurance!They recently called said I owe about 1500 still? How ? I’m taking legal action as my credit has dropped 50pts !!!!!Do no recommend wise credit at all they literally have no human decency or integrity
