Definitely a five star experience.
Amanda helped answer all the questions i had, was very friendly & helpful. i really appreciate the advice and the service, We need more people like Amanda. This location was quick and much easier to work with, than i could have imagined. Highly Suggest you come here.

In all my years of life, I've never seen a person who just doesn't care about their job but also disregards the need of other human beings. It was a simple task yet AMANDA managed to make it a very difficult one, where I even tried calling from different phones with different people and was still given the same attitude. I don't know how this establishment has 4.8 stars on here with people like Amanda representing it, but all I know is that I will definitely be making sure no one I know ever comes here again!

Here is my issue with this place.
1. Called to process a payment for my mother who does not speak English, was told she was not understood because of her English, and was not offered any other solution other than “I do not understand your English.” My mother calls and asks for a Spanish speaker who she knows as Nancy. If she is not there okay, fine. But do not tell her you do not understand her English, and not offer to transfer to the automated system.
2. Got hung up on after I defended myself from the bad attitude representative Amanda showed me. I work in customer service as well, I receive customers who are not a pleasure to work with BUT I do NOT hang up the phone call if they tell me they do not like my attitude. As a customer service representative if you do not want to attend someone (IT’S YOUR JOB) transfer them to another representative or offer another solution to the issue. Issue here was, making a payment.
3. Called Amanda back, she gave me a different name. I asked her for the location address so we could go in person and make that payment, she gave it to me. Asked her what time they closed, she lied and said 5:30 PM. Asked her if they were open Saturdays, she lied again and said NO.
4. Called the manager, explained the situation. Told him to please give me a call back regarding what was done over this issue. No callback.
5. While on the phone with Amanda, we asked her to transfer us to someone else. She refused and said no. We let her know we would be leaving a bad review due to the customer service we received, she stated she did not care and to go ahead. Which is why I am leaving my personal experience on this review!!!
6. If this isn’t your issue, you obviously have no business putting your 2 sense in. Thank you local google guide.
To the company; Please start recording your phone calls. I know for a fact, we are not the first customers she has spoken to like this.
Like I said, I WILL defend myself and my mother. I have a job thank you very much, nothing has been addressed regarding this issue. I will continue to let people know not to come to this business. I am still waiting to be contacted by the manager regarding this situation.

I went in advance America just knowing I wasn't going to qualify for a pay day loan or a installment loan so I given it try couldn't hurt anything, The, lady that was working her name is Amanda Calderon was absolutely helpful an friendly super duper nice and explain everything all the way to the end , she got me qualify for a pay day loan, my experienced I would recommend anyone to go to advance America in Cleveland Texas ask for Amanda Calderon, ty Amanda Calderon a start for me to get myself back on my feet and have credit..

Came in with my wife and was helped by Amanda. She was able to answer all of our questions and help us find just what worked for us. She was one of the most down to earth and relatable people I've met in awhile and it was refreshing to not feel judged or questioned.
