Left a message online about a lease buy out loan on my lease car. Kim called me the very next day and I filled out a credit app. online and the next day Jean called saying I was approved. The lease company was not to helpful nor cooperative with me on something they do everyday. Jean took over the back and forth with them and after finally getting papers from them Jean had my loan papers to sign the next day. Me being disabled she went to the tax office for me. Highly recommend this bank, was very professional , friendly and kept me informed. Jean and Kim made this very smooth and I thank them both.

This bank is not very interested in acquiring new business. Filled out a loan application and have never heard from them and its been almost a month. I have called several times and left messages but never gotten a return phone call. Sucks for them cause I am looking for a bank to move my Business and Personal accounts too but definetly will not be closing this one.

We unfortunately have to deal with this bank multiple times a month to cash checks that are from this bank & every single time they have some reason or issue and try to not cash the checks. For example if I'm cashing a $2,000 check and tell them I need a specific amount in cash and the remainder deposited, they'll say they can't give me cash at all or they can only give me X amount. Which makes no sense and I have to turn around and go straight to the atm and withdraw the cash anyways. Then today, she said she wouldn't cash the check at all( it's the same exact check every single time from this bank) she sent the check back through the tube and I asked what the issue was, she refused to answer my question. I sat there and pushed the call button and waited forever for them to speak on the drive through, they sat there talking and looking at me and refused to respond through the drive thru. I'm done with this bank, clearing out my account and going somewhere else. This is literally the worst bank that I've dealt with.

Unfortunately I had to deal with this bank after my husband passed away. I've never been treated more rudely than I have from this bank manager and her staff. I will never do business with First Financial Bank because of this.

I've been with them over a decade and got tired of overdraft fees. They made 570% profit off of a $15 charge. This should be illegal. BBVA does not do that to me.

The cleburne location is very nice and has great service. The one in Burleson refused the cash a check from my own mother days before Christmas then acted like they did me a big favor cashing it after I ended up having to embarrass myself and act a fool. They also informed me that the Burleson location didn't have a branch manager. I go to the cleburne location I refuse to go back to the Burleson location cause they like to humiliate poor people and treat you like they're doing a charitable act by giving you your own money.
